Objective

The patient wristband printing on registration system counter come with the main objective to identify and track the patient when She/He warded into hospital. This patient ID will be carried along by the patient as long as she/he is in the hospital.

How the system works?

Once the patient identified by the doctor where he/she need to be warded, the patient information will be directly send to front end counter. The front counter equipped with LAN or WiFi network printer will have the pending patient record to be printed for warding. The administrator can directly print out the patient wristband when the patient present in front of the counter or it will be printed and sent by nurse to bed directly by nurse to the patient. Immediately after basic no verification, the patient will be covered with the wristband by the nurse. The next tracking process starts after here.

The wristband printing will consist of various patient information which will be retrieved directly from patient information system, it depend on Hospital which record system they are using, our Autotrack is ready to integrate with various type of Patient records system include SAP, and IHis record.
